EPLAN Certified Student / Technician (International)

In consideration of the continuously growing number of the applicants of the CAD/CAE software EPLAN Electric P8 in the industry and educational market, Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln (RFH) has in collaboration with the company EPLAN Software & Services GmbH and Co. KG. created new international certification models for scholars and students. These are certifications to:

• EPLAN Certified Student (ECS)
• EPLAN Certified Technician (ECT)

EPLAN Certified Student (ECS) concerns participants who are visiting the advanced technical colleges, polytechnics or universities. EPLAN Certified Technician (ECT) concerns participants who are visiting the schools, vocational schools, technical colleges and schools for master craftspeople.

ECS and ECT certifications are tailored to the Software “EPLAN Education” and they represent the 1-st step of the certification procedure to the EPLAN CERTIFIED ENGINEER (ECE). Software EPLAN Education is available for free for all scholars and students and can be downloaded free of charge from the side of the company EPLAN (www.eplan.de) and be of use 270 days for free.

Exam pre-conditions: none

In order that the test can be passed successfully, sound knowledge and application of EPLAN P8 is expected.

Your advantage from the certification to the EPLAN Certified Student (ECS) and EPLAN Certified Technician (ECT)

The Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln (RFH) is responsible for the realization of the assessment.

For assessment preparation there is a valuable support. RFH offers a 2-day seminar which prepares the EPLAN - user on the possible test questions. Onsite training directly in your school/university is possible.

To protect the quality according to the developing state of the application ECS-or ECT certificate is valid for 2 years. Then a Re-authorization is necessary.
